Return Policy

Wear AM is 100% invested in your satisfaction. We now have automated returns via shipstation. You will need to have your order number and zip code ready to enter into the below link. This will auto-generate a return label for you to place upon a similar sized package and send back via the United States Post Office.

Domestic orders

For domestic (USA) orders, we offer a 30 day exchange / full refund (less 3%) on all orders if the garment is returned in the same condition as it was received.   

In the event of an exchange, please allow 6-10 days from receipt of the exchanged product for reshipment of the new product.  For those orders that will get a full refund: these are issued immediately upon receipt of the returned item.  This refund may not appear in your bank / credit card balance for 5-10 business days.

International orders

For orders outside of the US, we offer a full credit in the amount of the purchase price along with the return of the garment within 40 days of the delivery date.  Return shipping is paid by the customer (not Wear AM), and credit given upon return if the garment is in the same condition as received. Global customers will be notified of re-order status once product is received.  

In the rare occurrence that product is defective (and not a sizing issue) upon initial delivery, please email info@wear-am.com and we will give instructions. 

All USA and International orders come with pre-paid insurance and a tracking number. A confirmation email is sent when parcel has shipped.
