  • To initial an exchange or refund, please email returns@wear-am.com. 
  • Exchanges or items for refund can be sent back (postmarked) no later than 30 days of the date of receipt of the item(s). 
  • We will not consider any exchange or refund after 30 days. 
  • We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for your return / exchange. 
  • For a full refund, a 7% restocking fee and associated shipping fees will be deducted from the amount being refunded.  
  • For an exchange (size or color change for instance), we will send out the exchange once the original item is returned and is in its original condition.
  • All items must be returned with original tags and must not show signs of wear, soiling, or damage or an exchange or refund will not be given.  
  • All sales are final on sale items and ineligible for return or refund.
