Shipping:
Our shipping policy is here. We aim to ship your order within 3 business days.
We ship mainly through the USPS First Class mail, which over the last year, has undergone some big changes and extended delivery times depending upon where you live in the country or abroad.
For international orders, please be advised it can take up to three weeks to receive your goods because of customs and local delivery partners.
Exchanges / Returns
We offer returns and exchanges on your order, however, there are specific instructions for this. To initiate a return, email returns@wear-am.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. As we do not pay for the return postage, we will send a link to pay for discounted return postage, and then email you the label. The return must be postmarked no later than 14 days from the receipt of the order. Exchanges will go back out once the product is received. For full refunds, a 3% restocking fee is assessed on the order value, less any shipping costs paid.
Rewards and Referrals:
We have a rewards program that can lead to deep discounts on our products. Just by signing up you earn points! The first step is to create an account here.
Our rewards program also includes discounts for referring friends and family who go on to purchase from our store. Please see the above url for more information.
Product Care:
At the moment our products are made with premium synthetic poly / elastine / spandex blended fabrics that do best when washed cold and laid flat to dry. Almost all of them can be put into the dryer on a low - delicate - heat setting, but we recommend just allowing them to air dry. None of our prints will bleed in the wash onto other articles of clothing.
Prints:
All of our designs are created by artists and are 100% unique and original and copyrighted. These are all human and eco friendly and CSIPA compliant. Our prints are transferred to the fabric using dye sublimation-- a process of heat and pressure -- which molecularly binds the dye to the fabric.
